1. This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. 2. Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST. 3. A deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation. Balance payable upon completion. 4. Lead time is approximately 8–10 weeks from deposit and confirmation of specifications. 5. Installation is about 2-4 days, subject to weather condition and availability. 6. URA/BCA submission and approval fees (if applicable) are not included in this quotation. 7. Civil works, electrical works, and waterproofing are excluded unless otherwise stated. 8. Warranty: 10 years on aluminium structure; 3 years on motorised components. 9. All special requirement to be confirmed in writing prior to order.
